Lily Drew

Project Manager, Munn Avenue Press

Lily Drew brings storytelling instincts, relentless follow-through, and creative production experience to her role as Project Manager at Munn Avenue Press. With a background in screenwriting—where she’s co-written with icons like Nicolas Cage and developed projects with top industry names—Lily knows what it takes to shape a powerful narrative and shepherd it through every stage of production.

At Munn Avenue Press, she oversees the full publishing journey: from editing and formatting to design timelines, launch planning, and sales strategy execution. She collaborates with authors, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure every title not only gets published, but gets positioned to succeed. Whether it’s organizing Amazon page optimization, coordinating cover design feedback, or keeping multi-channel distribution on track, Lily leads with heart, grit, and a screenwriter’s precision.

Lily’s creative career has taken her from Cannes-winning ad campaigns (Escape from the Office for Apple) to short films for Megan Thee Stallion, to producing West End theater. But her commitment to storytelling has always been rooted in one core belief: that great stories can shift perspectives and bring people home to themselves. At Munn Avenue, she uses that belief to help authors bring their books to life with clarity, momentum, and impact. She describes herself as “stubborn in the best way”—a creative who refuses to give up when the story matters. That same drive fuels her work at Munn Avenue Press, where authors benefit not just from her project management, but from her passion for every detail that makes a book unforgettable.

Chris Sebes brings more than three decades of diverse media experience to Munn Avenue Press, with a career spanning print design, web development, video production, photography, audio engineering, and digital storytelling. What began in 1992 as a passion for graphic design evolved into a lifelong journey across nearly every corner of the media world.

Chris got his start at a top-tier ad agency, collaborating with teams on projects for major brands like AT&T, American Express, and Hasbro, where he became a trusted contributor in digital innovation and interactive media. From helping build one of the first 500 websites on the Internet to supporting national TV commercial productions, Chris has always been ahead of the curve—adapting, learning, and contributing to high-impact creative work.

Throughout his career, he’s played key roles in multimedia projects for clients such as BMW, Johns Hopkins, and Jim Henson Studios. His work has included high-end studio shoots, voiceover engineering, and photography for live events and product features. He’s collaborated with talent including Michael Strahan, Sherri Shepherd, Rev Run, and the Kardashians on a range of commercial, promotional, and educational audio projects.

Chris also runs his own creative studio, Chris Sebes Design, where he partners with businesses and creatives to bring their visions to life through video, web, photography, and print.

At Munn Avenue Press, Chris blends technical precision with artistic intuition, working closely with the team to elevate every project—whether he’s co-directing a virtual tour, capturing author portraits, refining a manuscript layout, or building visual assets for a book launch. His collaborative approach ensures that every detail reflects the heart of the story being told.
